HOW TO INSTALL YOUR CRADLES FOR YOUR PWC

If your PWC was not available at the TNT installation use the following steps to mount your cradles, so that they may align your PWC on your platform.

1. Slide the cradle into the aluminum tracks on the platform, so they form some type of “V”
2. Open the cradle to it fullest extent.
3. Measure half of your PWC beam. Using that measurement, go from the center of the transom to the platform when it is in the up position. This is now the center of your two cradles. IMPORTANT - Your PWC must be as close to the transom as possible. The capacity of your lift is rated at the center of the platform, not the aft edge of the platform.
4. Using the hex bolts in the edge of the aluminum rails, secure the cradles in place.
5. Lower the TNT LIFT and place the PWC onto the lift.
6. Raise the TNT LIFT all the way up. Adjust the cradles to match the bottom of the PWC. Lock in place.
7. Remove the PWC from the platform. With a 1/4 inch drill bit, drill one hole in the alum track and through the cradle flange. This will allow you to insert the pin stop.
8. Loosen and remove the hex bolts and discard. To remove the cradles simply pull out the pins and slide out the cradle.
