TNT Lift Systems Lock Adjustment
Before installation:
- Remove Locking Plate with red rubber material to unlock the unit and mount it on the boat.
- Once the unit is mounted on the
boat. Replace the red rubber locking plate. Make sure the red
rubber is facing the transom and the metal side engages the adjustable
locking arm.
After Installation:
• Adjusting the lock
- Once the lift and platform are installed the locks need to be adjusted.
- To adjust the lock, use a large pair of “Channel Lock” pliers. They will contact the round adjustment “stud” that is threaded on to the lock.
- The round adjustment
stud will press the red rubber against the
back of the mount. The stud should be adjusted
1/8 –1/4
of a turn after the rubber locking plate is
snug and cannot be removed by hand.
• Test the lock
To verify that the adjustment has been done correctly. Run the lift up and down several times. Then check the adjustment of the red rubber locking plate. The red rubber locking plate should be snug.
