TNT Lift Systems Start-up

Start up procedure:

1. 1. Pre-fill reservoir to within ½” from the reservoir vent opening. Make sure to use pre-filtered oil to fill the reservoir.
2. The following operation would be recommended without the platform connected.
3. Connect hoses to ports A1 & A2. Plug ports B1 & B2. Pre-fill hoses with Hydraulic fluid. Do this by jogging the “UP” button. Place the opposite ends of the open hoses into the reservoir fill port so as not to leak oil externally. Cap the ends of the pre-filled hoses.
4. Pull out rods of both cylinders until extended completely.
5. Connect the pre-filled hoses to the rod ends of both cylinders.
6. Push the “UP” button until the cylinders rods completely retract. The blind ends of the cylinders can be vented during this operation.
7. Connect hoses to ports B1 & B2 and pre-fill by jogging the down button. Place the the opposite ends of these hoses into the reservoir opening so as not to leak oil externally. Cap the ends of the pre-filled hoses.
8. Connect the pre-filled hoses to the blind ends of the cylinders.
9. Run the cylinders one complete cycle (Up & Down).
10. Re-check oil level in the reservoir and fill if necessary.
    System is now ready to install the lift. Do not break any connections as this can re-introduce air into the system.
